Questions before you sail
Travel is not recommended for:

- People with heart or back conditions
- Sit low and near the center of the boat, close to the waterline, where motion is felt least
- Face forward, in the direction of travel
- Keep your eyes on a fixed point on the horizon — avoid looking at your phone or reading
- Take motion-sickness medication 30–60 minutes before departure, not after symptoms start
